Bill Odle serves as the President of TBG Partners, having joined the firm in 1995 after earning a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Oklahoma State University. As TBG’s third president since its founding in 1987, Bill has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth and success over more than 20 years. Initially part of the Austin studio, Bill was the Managing Principal of TBG Houston for 15 years before transitioning to the Strategic Planning Director position, where responsibilities included developing and implementing strategic plans for both local and firm-wide initiatives. Prior to TBG, Bill worked as a Principal at Howard Site Design in 1994.
