Carl Walton is a seasoned Bid Manager with extensive experience in managing bids and tenders across various organizations. With a career spanning over 15 years, Carl has held pivotal roles at SCC since April 2022, INIT Ltd. from July 2020 to April 2022, and Carley Consult from July 2019 to April 2020. Carl's expertise includes overseeing the complete bid process, from inception to submission, and ensuring adherence to established Bid Management policies and standards. Additional roles in Carl's career include positions at Quadrant Security Group, Konica Minolta, and The Danwood Group. Academic qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History and Social Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University, obtained between 2003 and 2006.
