Andy Welsh is a Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect with extensive experience in service management solution delivery, ServiceNow system architecture, ServiceNow requirements, pre-sales, workshops, project management, customer interaction, and consultancy team management. Prior to their current role, Andy held positions in various companies, including as a Team Lead/Senior Programmer for CAD/CAM PCB manufacturing software, a support programmer composing systems, and an analyst/programmer for customer business systems. Andy obtained a degree in Computing from the University of Wales.
