Caroline C. Sissener is a highly experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as a Board Member at Release by Scatec since August 2023. With a tenure at Scatec ASA starting in May 2014, Caroline has held various leadership roles including Vice President MENA & Green H2, where responsibilities include spearheading asset ownership, project structuring, and project finance in the MENA region and Green Hydrogen initiatives. Caroline has also managed a diverse portfolio of solar and wind projects across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, including serving as Executive Director for Mozambique's first large-scale solar plant and holding chair positions at Scatec Solar Jordan and Gigawatt Global Rwanda. Caroline's educational background includes a Master of Science in Investment Management from Bayes Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance & Mathematics from Bentley University, among other credentials.
