Riza Firmansyah is currently serving as a Key Account Executive Supervisor at Scarlett Indonesia since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing the Scarlett brand, developing innovative marketing strategies, and collaborating on successful product launches. Prior to this role, Riza worked as a Sales Supervisor at PT Gondowangi from July 2022 to May 2023, focusing on achieving sales goals. Riza gained diverse experiences through roles such as Management Trainee at DNR Corporation, Researcher at LP2M Universitas Negeri Malang, and Administration Staff at Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Riza's career began as a Cook Helper at Tikoito Cafe Malang and involved organizing an event through Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa FEB UM, showcasing strong leadership and organizational skills. Riza holds a degree from Universitas Negeri Malang, completed in July 2021.
