Shikha Kumar is an experienced Registered Practical Nurse with a diverse background in various healthcare roles, currently serving as an RPN at Scarborough Health Network since February 2021 and Trillium Health Partners since March 2017, specializing in medicine and nephrology. Shikha has also been engaged with the College of Nurses of Ontario since May 2011 and has previously worked as a care designer at Nurse Next Door, care coordinator for child and family at VHA Home HealthCare, and as a nurse at SRT Med Staff. Earlier experience includes a role as a live-in caregiver and nursing at Alberta Health Services, handling cases across multiple disciplines including medicine, surgery, and trauma. Educational qualifications include practical nursing from Humber College and training at Frances Newton Hospital.
