Yvonne Dielissen has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Manager at Scapino since November 2004. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, personnel management, coaching staff, and maintaining store operations in line with the Scapino sales methodology. Prior experience includes roles as an Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate at V&D from 1997 to August 2004, where Yvonne worked across various departments including fashion and accessories. Yvonne holds multiple qualifications in retail management and sales from ROC ter Aa and roc van Twente, as well as a vocational diploma in personal care from Elkervoorde.
