Denise Cheung possesses a diverse background in customer experience and retail management, currently serving in a Customer Experience role at Scape Australia since August 2022. Previous experience includes a position as Retail Supervisor at Fruity Capers from April 2021 to August 2022 and as Project Assistant for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council from February 2019 to February 2020. Denise also gained initial industry exposure as a Work Experience Student at Crowne Plaza Hong Kong Causeway Bay in early 2017 and as a Casual Event Helper at Swire Properties later that same year. Denise holds a Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management with a major in Event Management from The University of Queensland, completed between 2016 and 2018.
