Xavier Zaballos has over three decades of experience in sales and account management within diverse industries. Currently serving as the EMEA + South America Key Account Manager at Scapa Iberica since 1996, Xavier oversees profit and loss management for accounts in these regions, collaborates with the Research and Development Department to introduce higher-value products, and leads multicultural teams toward achieving objectives. Previously, as the South America Sales Manager at Scapa Iberica, Francisco initiated sales efforts in Brazil and achieved a 25% growth in Argentina during the first year, maintaining double-digit growth thereafter. Xavier's earlier career includes a role as Spain + Portugal Industrial Filtration Manager at Gore, where responsibilities involved marketing technical textiles for various industrial applications, and served as an export manager at dicalite worldminerals. Xavier holds a degree in Industrial Marketing from EADA Business School and has furthered education at the Cranfield School of Management and IQS.
