Between February 2014 and January 2020, Phil Spencer was the Business Director at Pointlogic, a Nielsen Company, specializing in business analytics for the marketing industry. Phil Spencer's career also includes a tenure as Director at MediaCom, where quantitative analysis was employed to enhance marketing effectiveness for clients. An alumnus of the University of Cambridge, Phil Spencer obtained an MA in Economics from 2001 to 2004.
