Pamela Nicholson, SPHR, CCP, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Head of People Shared Services and Head of HR People Relations for North America at Scandinavian Tobacco Group since October 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at General Cigar and Virginia Eye Institute, and Human Resources Director at Tuckahoe Holdings, LLC, and Republic National Distributing Company. Pamela has a robust background in human resources, having also worked as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner, Human Resource Generalist, and Compensation Specialist at Media General, Inc. Pamela holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Virginia Commonwealth University.
