Radosław Białowąs has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. ▫️ Radosław started their career as a Junior Front-end developer at IT4Business in 2016 and worked there until 2017. ▫️ Radosław then joined Miquido, where they worked as a Front-end Intern from July to September 2017. ▫️ Radosław later served as a Frontend Developer from October 2017 to May 2018 and also had a role as a Junior Data Scientist from May to December in the same year. In 2019, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Miquido until April 2020.

In 2020, Radosław joined Placewise Europe and held the position of Data Scientist from April 2020 to March 2022. ▫️ Radosław then became the Leader of the IT team from March to October 2022.

Most recently, they joined Scalo in November 2022 as a Senior Python Developer. Also, in 2023, Radosław will start working for Bottega IT Minds as a Trainer.

Radosław Białowąs completed their Bachelor's degree in Energetyka (Energy Engineering) from Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including "Leading a Winning Team" from Leaders Island in February 2022, "AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty" from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2021, and multiple certifications related to machine learning and deep learning from Coursera in 2018.
