Joe Febel is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Americas Sales at Scality since March 2024. At Scality, Joe directs the Americas sales go-to-market team, focusing on enhancing channel adoption and targeting key accounts for innovative data storage solutions. Prior to Scality, Joe held various senior sales positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from December 2010 to October 2023, including Director of Sales for Industry Verticals and Director of Enterprise Sales for the Central Region, contributing to substantial sales growth in hybrid cloud solutions and data storage. Joe's earlier career includes key roles at 3PAR, Verari Systems, EMC Software, IBM Corporation, Cisco, and Amdahl Corp., building a strong foundation in sales strategy and team leadership. Joe holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota and a BA in Accounting and Computer Science from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
