Tim Broussard is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at Scaling Up Coaches since November 2020, Tim has also held the position of CEO and Board Member at Enduro Composites since April 2008, successfully executing the scale-up and sale of the company to Hill and Smith PLC in February 2023. Previous roles include CFO at Intersystems/GSI Omaha Operations, where Tim managed a spinoff and subsequent sale to Pritzker Group Venture Capital, and CFO and EVP at Distant Lands Coffee, focusing on acquisition and scale efforts. Tim has also worked as a Turnaround Consultant at Allied Capital and held senior positions at The Color Factory and American Pad and Paper. Tim’s career began at ALCATEL USA as Director of Finance for the International Sales Group. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
