Matthew Kipp has worked at ScalePad since 2019, starting as a Software Developer and later becoming a Software Developer Technical Lead. Currently, they hold the role of Software Developer, Team Lead. Prior to their time at ScalePad, Matthew worked as a Software Developer at ArcelorMittal Dofasco from 2017 to 2018.

Matthew Kipp pursued their education in Computer Science at McMaster University, where they completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Matthew attended the university from 2014 to 2019.
