Reshma Rajan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and service delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst at ScaleneWorks People Solutions LLP since August 2021, Reshma previously worked as a Service Delivery Partner at Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions from March 2014 to July 2017 and as an Admin Executive at Ryan International School from March 2013 to February 2014. Reshma holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management and Services from Annamalai University, completed in 2012, and is pursuing a Diploma in Labour Laws & Admin Laws from the same institution.
