Previously, Akhil held the position of Senior Payroll Analyst at the same company and worked as Assistant Payroll Manager at Alchemy Techsol India Pvt. Ltd. from September 2013 to January 2020, managing payroll for 2,500+ employees. Akhil began the career as an HR Executive at Malabar Gold Pvt. Ltd., focusing on recruitment and onboarding processes.
