Mark Leonard currently serves as an Advisor and Chief Executive Officer at ScaleIP, an IP monetization and commercialization platform that assists in connecting IP buyers and partners. Prior to this role, Mark Leonard worked at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration from 2013 to August 2022 as a Researcher, during which time a Ph.D. was pursued. Mark Leonard also held the title of Engineering Technician. Education includes a Master of Science and ongoing Ph.D. studies at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2017 to 2022, along with a Bachelor of Science degree from the same institution earned between 2011 and 2015.
