Joseph Chatman has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Software Developer at Caterpillar Inc. in 2015. Joseph then joined CA Technologies in 2016 as an Applications Developer until 2018. Currently, they are working at Scaled Agile, Inc. where they started as a Salesforce Developer in January 2018, and later promoted to Lead Salesforce Developer in June 2021.

Joseph Chatman graduated from St. Ambrose University in 2014 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a Data Science Specialization from Coursera in 2014. Joseph also holds multiple certifications from Salesforce, including Certified Application Architect, Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Platform App Builder, Administrator, and Platform Developer I. Additionally, Joseph is a Certified SAFe 4 Agile Software Engineer, obtained in December 2019 from Scaled Agile, Inc.
