Deborah Frost is an experienced business leader currently serving as a part-time Partner at ScaleUp Group, focusing on helping tech founders secure Series A funding and beyond. Previously, Deborah held the position of Group Chief Executive at Personal Group plc, where innovative employee-centered benefits technology was provided, and served as a Non-Executive Director, contributing expertise in People Strategy and Reward. Deborah was also the CEO and Director of Consulting at Innecto Reward Consulting, which specialized in reward consultancy across various sectors. Earlier roles included Senior Consultant at Towers Perrin and Head of Reward at Nationwide Building Society, where significant developments in HR and reward strategies were implemented. Deborah holds a Post Graduate CIPD and diploma in HR from the University of the West of England and a BSc in Business from Bournemouth University.
