Tilmann Gruber is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare, beauty, and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at SCALE Healthcare since December 2021, Gruber drives business growth solutions for healthcare service organizations. As the Chief Executive Officer of T'zikal Beauty Group, Inc. since October 2012, Gruber has successfully developed a luxury beauty brand, overseeing all facets from branding to eCommerce. Previous roles include CEO roles at Essel Group and Director of Channel Management at Pfizer, where Gruber pioneered innovative distribution strategies. With a background in consulting as Principal Consultant at tvg-consulting, Gruber has also advised European businesses on U.S. market entry, and held a senior management position at Coty, focusing on international sales for Walmart. Gruber holds an MBA in General Management from NYU Stern School of Business.
