Lene S. Schulze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture capital, consulting, and education. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Scale Capital since April 2022, Lene focuses on early-stage investments in digitalization and disruptive technologies in the B2B sector, particularly in the Nordic region. As the Founder of LS Consulting and an External Lecturer at OMNES Education, Lene provides advisory services and teaches courses on innovation ecosystems and entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Global Business Development & Partnerships at BLUETOWN, advisor to the CEO at Humaniq, and co-founding Monitor Deloitte Nordic Labs and Nordic Innovation House. Lene also co-founded SCALEit, facilitating connections between Danish tech companies and Silicon Valley. Lene holds a Master's degree in International Technology Management from Aalborg University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
