Matthew Tillotson is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in valuation and consulting. Since November 2009, Matthew has served as Managing Partner at Scalar, an independent valuation firm that specializes in tax, financial reporting, transaction advisory, and litigation services. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Account Manager/Consultant at Mindshare Technologies and held analyst positions at vSpring Capital and Wachovia Securities. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University in 2008.
