Kreshnik Demiri is a Client Success Manager at Scalable Capital since October 2024, previously serving as a Bürokraft Legal Collection at PAIR Finance from January 2023 to October 2024. Kreshnik has experience as a Customer Support Specialist at Billie and has held various roles at Klarna, including Quality Process Analyst and Service Delivery Specialist. Prior to this, Kreshnik worked at McDonald's Berlin as Shiftleader, Crew Trainer, and Crew Mitarbeiter from March 2017 to January 2021. Kreshnik has also volunteered at Alliance Française and CBC Loja, been a member of AIESEC in Macedonia, and worked as a Library Employee at SEEU Library. Kreshnik holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from South East European University, completed in 2013.
