Prior to this role, Robert spent 17 years as Project Manager for the Mid-Atlantic Region at The Brock Group / Atlantic Scaffolding Co., where responsibilities included daily manpower management, cost tracking, budgeting, planning, scheduling, inventory management, payroll, billing, job site support, safety support, and estimating. Educational credentials include a diploma from Chesapeake High School, which was awarded with a Seal of Merit and a Memorial Scholarship.
