Julia Kagan is a board member at SCADAfence. Julia previously worked as a board member at Bond from May 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, they were with Opora, SCADAfence, Nanit, ControlUp, and JVP. From September 2014 to March 2017, they were a program manager at Lockheed Martin Infornation Systems & Global Solutions, Israel, where they were part of the executive team responsible for establishing LM IS&GS presence in Israel. From May 2008 to March 2014, they were a program manager at J6 & Cyber Defense Directorate, IDF, where they initiated and launched a budget allocation platform (IT system + new planning model) to improve the IDF budget planning processes.

Julia Kagan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
