Camila Illanes is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in organizational development and communication. Currently serving as Gerente de Personas at SB Pay since August 2019, Camila previously held various roles at Ripley Chile from 2013 to 2019, including Jefe de Desarrollo Organizacional and Jefe de Comunicaciones Internas, focusing on enhancing the work environment and promoting employee development.
