Manuel Gutierrez has an extensive career with over three decades of experience in operations and management. Since September 2002, Manuel has served as Operations Manager at SBM, overseeing day-to-day operations. Additionally, Manuel has been an On Site Manager at Commercial Facilities Company and an Account Manager at Private Operations since September 1997 and August 1994, respectively. As the Owner of Cutting Edge Carpet since April 1990, Manuel has demonstrated entrepreneurial expertise. Manuel's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from The University of New Mexico, vocational training in HVAC, and multiple associate degrees, including one in counseling and an Associate of Science from The University of New Mexico.
