Naiara Hupfer is an experienced professional with a solid background in digital services and engineering. Currently serving as Smart Services Delivery Lead at SBM Offshore since April 2015, Naiara has transitioned from developing digital surveillance to leading the implementation of digital tools for external clients, while effectively managing internal and external resources. Previously, Naiara held roles such as Digital e-Reporting Lead and Digital FPSO Project Engineer, contributing significantly to digital reporting and engineering projects in the Brazilian fleet. Naiara also pursues a long-term project in the realm of laboratory and experimental fields as a mother, overseeing two projects in progress. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Production Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, both obtained from Universidade Federal de Santa Maria. Early career experience includes a quality control internship at Cruzado Química.
