Earlier career experience includes positions at Bureau Veritas Group, where Julien supervised hull surveys and worked in technical approvals for major offshore projects, and a trainee role at Schlumberger focused on riser tensioner systems. Julien holds multiple advanced degrees in hydrodynamics, naval architecture, and offshore engineering from prestigious institutions.
