Caroline Pontes is an experienced supply chain professional with a solid background in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Currently serving as an Analista de Suprimentos Pleno at Eneva since May 2022, Caroline has progressed from a Junior Analyst role to their current position. Prior to Eneva, Caroline worked at Holcim as a Supply Trainee, where responsibilities included supplier assessment, strategic category management, and participation in a young leaders development program. Earlier experience at Ipiranga involved supplier recruitment and negotiation with an emphasis on engineering and IT categories. Caroline holds a degree from Ibmec and completed earlier education at Colégio Pedro II.
