Randall Newton holds extensive experience in managerial roles, particularly in time and attendance program design and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of the Time and Attendance Program at SBM Management Services, LP since November 2022, Randall has led cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure accurate employee compensation. Prior to this, Randall worked as the Time and Attendance Manager, focusing on improving tracking systems through Six Sigma methodologies. Randall also served as Risk Manager, Safety, and Attendance at Bear Valley Unified School District, where strategic planning for risk control was emphasized. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include ownership at Digital Development Solutions and Palmz Lounge, demonstrating a breadth of experience in operations management and market analysis. Additionally, Randall has been involved in marketing and sales management at Teacher Created Materials, showcasing a versatile skill set across various industries. Randall holds a High School Diploma from Damien High School and furthered education at Northern Arizona University from 2010 to 2012.
