Saline Omondi, with a Masters Degree in Finance from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Kenyatta University, has extensive experience in banking operations and customer service. Since August 2018, Saline has served as the Regional Branch Operations Manager at SBM Bank Kenya, overseeing operational excellence and customer service across eight branches. Prior to this role, Saline worked at Chase Bank Kenya Ltd from June 2011 to July 2018, progressing from a Senior Operations Officer to a Cluster Service Delivery Manager, where there was a focus on team development and high customer satisfaction. Saline began the banking career as an intern at KCB Bank Group in 2010.
