Pamellah Otajah is a highly experienced professional in operations and financial management, currently serving as a Reconciliation Manager at SBM Bank Kenya since May 2017. With a strong background in bank account reconciliation, risk management, and operational efficiency, Pamellah has successfully enhanced customer service and exceeded business retention targets during tenure at Fidelity Commercial Bank Ltd. Previous experience includes serving as Country Coordinator for Co2Balance, where project management adhered to international standards, and contributing significantly to the growth of Kisumu Medical and Education Trust in various roles. Pamellah also established a strong foundation in finance as a Sales Executive at Pan Africa Life Assurance Company. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) with IT from Maseno University.
