Shivani Gusain is an experienced professional currently serving as a Retention Manager at SecureNow Insurance Broker since May 2022. Previously, Shivani held the position of Sales Executive at Manappuram Finance Limited from August 2019 to July 2020, and completed a Sales and Marketing Internship at Propshop Real Estate Consultant in June 2021, where practical exposure in customer dealings and sales was gained. Shivani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and Finance from IMS Unison University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce from DAV PG College, Dehradun (2017-2020).
