Marco Saponaro is an experienced Workshop and Gamification Designer currently working at Innovation LAB since January 2022, where projects focus on business themes and gamified learning processes. As a Game-based Designer at PlayFully, since July 2022, Marco utilizes game mechanics to enhance workplace engagement and learning. At HSEquipe, Marco has been a facilitator and designer since December 2021, specializing in communication, health, and safety workshops. Additional roles include Experience Designer and Professional Coach at KeyExperience, Senior HR Consultant at Laborplay, Game-based Trainer at EnAIP Piemonte, Game Designer at SBG Editions, and Career Coach at Svolta. Marco holds an Engineer's degree from Politecnico di Torino and multiple certifications, including a Certified Facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
