Andrey Volkov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and analytics, currently serving as the Chief Product Officer for AI assistants at Sberbank since January 2011. In this role, Andrey has successfully defined product vision and roadmap, managing teams to implement and scale conversational AI solutions that realized significant cost savings exceeding $150 million. Prior to this, Andrey held various positions including Product Manager and Project Manager within Sberbank's Customer Care and Retail Banking divisions. Additionally, experience at Vimpelcom and NetCracker further solidified Andrey's expertise in business analysis and resource management. Andrey holds a Master's degree in IT management from The Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
