Alexey Romanov is an experienced IT executive with a robust background in system development and project management. Currently serving as Executive Director at Sberbank and IT Executive at Sberbank-Technology since 2014, Alexey has been instrumental in implementing BPM and ECM systems on a federal scale. Previous roles include Head of the ECM Solutions Department at IBS Holding, where Alexey managed multiple high-value projects and led a sizable team, and Head of Practice at Asteros, focusing on content management systems. With a foundational career that began as CIO at Polikvart and extensive experience managing IT projects in various sectors, Alexey holds a PhD in Computer Aided Design from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and a master's degree in IT from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
