Reto Zimmermann is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the railway and power generation sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Project Lead for New Facilities at SBB CFF FFS since September 2022, Reto is tasked with managing projects for new railway maintenance facilities. Prior to this role, Reto worked at EnergieLink Gruppe as a Project Manager, overseeing maintenance works and upgrades. From March 2017 to December 2020, Reto held the position of Strategic Transaction Leader at GE, focusing on parts fulfillment for complex upgrades of power plants. Reto's career began at Alstom Power, where Reto spent over 15 years in various roles, including Senior Project Manager for Power Plant Inspections and Project Manager, leading inspections and managing negotiations with clients to ensure successful project execution while overseeing financial planning and logistics. Reto earned an HFW degree between 2001 and 2005.
