Fabienne Studer has been serving as a Kundenberaterin at SBB CFF FFS since August 2018, where responsibilities include advising customers across the entire mobility chain and handling after-sales services, such as refunds and complaints. In addition to this role, Fabienne has worked as a personal resource planner and has taken on a mentorship role for KV and detail trade trainees. Since March 2021, Fabienne has been a Prüfungsexpertin for detail trade professionals at login Berufsbildung AG, conducting oral final examinations. Prior experience includes the role of Kauffrau öffentlicher Verkehr at login Berufsbildung AG from August 2015 to July 2018, complemented by an EFZ degree in Kauffrau obtained from KBS Olten.
