Simone Arwidi is an experienced professional in real estate valuation and asset management, currently serving as Chef Fastighetsvärdering at SBAB Bank AB (publ) since November 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Collateral Manager and Senior Specialist at Nordea Bank AB, where responsibilities involved project management and internal training in property valuation. Simone has a strong background in asset management from tenure as Head of Asset Management at Unibail-Rodamco, and as an authorized property appraiser at DTZ Sweden. Early career experience also includes a position as a property appraiser at Vasakronan. Simone holds a Civ.ing. degree in Lantmäteri/Fastighetsekonomi from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, earned between 1992 and 1996.
