Alfred Kinell began their work experience in 2012 as an Employee at Conlego AB, where they were responsible for the production and programming of circuit boards for heat pumps. From 2011 to 2019, they also worked as a Store Employee at Ica Maxi Nacka. In 2019, they joined Deloitte as a Consultant in Risk Advisory, where they served as an IT auditor for both ISA and PCAOB engagements and provided consultation services in internal audits. In 2021, they were promoted to Senior Consultant, taking on additional responsibilities such as leading project operations, communicating with clients and teams, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting junior colleagues. Currently, Alfred works at SBAB as a Risk Analyst focused on ICT and security risks, starting in March 2023.

Alfred Kinell pursued their education in a variety of fields. In 2014, they attended Stockholm University and completed a course on commercial law and labor law. Alfred then enrolled in Luleå University of Technology from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a degree in Digital Service Innovation with a focus on IT Informatics. In addition to their formal education, Kinell also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they completed the "Penningtvätt Och PCI" certification at ICA Banken. In 2007, they received multiple scuba diving certifications from PADI, including Advanced Open Water Diver, Dry Suit Diver, Open Water Diver, Search And Recovery Diver, and Wreck Diver.
