Janet Rivera possesses over two decades of diverse experience across various educational and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Global Talent Development & Compliance Analyst II at SBA Communications since January 2022, Janet previously held multiple positions at the LEGO Group, including Operations Support Administrator and Consumer Service Advisor. With a background in teaching, Janet worked as a Middle School Science Teacher at Broward County Public Schools and taught various grade levels at Miami-Dade County Public Schools. Additional experience includes roles at the National Kitchen and Bath Association, Miami Children's Museum, and Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, where Janet demonstrated skills in administration, training documentation, and program coordination. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and pursued graduate work in ESOL Education at Florida International University.
