Colin Flanigan

Director, Customer Experience & Operations at Sayge

Colin Flanigan has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Colin is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Sayge, where they are involved in transforming individuals' working lives by providing professional development coaching. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Support Manager at CoinTracker.

From 2016 to 2022, Colin held multiple roles at Pingboard, including Head of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Manager. In these positions, they led customer-facing teams and ensured an excellent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Before joining Pingboard, Colin worked at CoSupport as a Support Ops Specialist, providing customer support consulting and troubleshooting for SaaS and web apps. Colin also gained experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, an Administrative Assistant/Online Sales at Bristol Recycling & Community Charity, an Associate Editor intern at Straylight Magazine, and as a Server at TGI Fridays and a Barista at Argo Tea Cafe.

Colin Flanigan completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in English at the University of Wisconsin - Parkside from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in English from the College of Lake County, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. Currently, Colin is enrolled at the Zero To Mastery Academy, pursuing studies in Computer Programming starting from 2022. In addition, Colin has obtained a certification in Product-led from Mind the Product, with the specific month of completion not provided, but the certification was obtained in 2023.
