Jennifer Groh, PhD, is an accomplished leader in client success and strategy within the higher education sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Success and Executive Account Director at CampusWorks, Inc. since August 2022, Jennifer also contributes as a member of the Board of Trustees at Saybrook University. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Client Management at Wiley Education Services and served as Chief Strategy Officer and Associate Vice President at CAEL. Additional experience includes serving as National Dean of Accreditation and Outreach at DeVry University and prior roles at Aon Consulting and Coventry Health Care. Jennifer earned a PhD in Organizational Leadership and an MBA from Concordia University Chicago, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University.
