Mette Skou Ravn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and business partnering. Currently serving as the Global Head of Business Partnering at Saxo Bank, Mette also holds titles as HR Business Partner and Global Head of Employee Relations, and previously held the position of Deputy Head of Group HR, Senior Manager. Additionally, Mette contributes as a Board Member at R2 Group Holding and Foreningen For Kvindelige Jurister (FFKJ). Mette began the career in the legal field, having studied law at DI while also gaining experience as a student legal advisor at Mploy A/S.
