Pambudi R. is an accomplished professional in the fields of internal audit and risk management, currently serving as the Group Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management (VP) at Citra Borneo Indah since May 2023. With extensive experience, Pambudi has previously held positions such as Head of Business Process & Internal Audit at PT. Agro Boga Utama and Head of Internal Audit at PT. Inocycle Technology Group Tbk. Pambudi has a strong background in managing teams focused on business process improvement, risk assessment, and compliance, alongside academic contributions as a lecturer at Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business in Finance from Victoria University and an ongoing Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia.
