Majed Alassaf serves as Vice Chairman at Tamimi Markets since October 2023 and holds the position of Head of Consumer Goods and Retail in the MENA Investments Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since March 2017. Alassaf is also Chairman of Sawani and Vice Chairman of the Halal Products Development Company, as well as Investment Committee Chair in the same organization since 2022. Recently, Alassaf became an Investment Committee Member at SALIC. Former roles include Executive Committee Chair at Saudi Coffee Company, Board Member and Investment Committee Member at Southern Province Cement Company, and Board Member at Shuaibah Water and Electricity Company. Alassaf was Vice Chairman of the Water and Electricity Holding Company (Badeel) from 2019 to 2021 and served as Assistant Director and Senior Consultant at EY from February 2012 to March 2017, overseeing various M&A transactions and advisory projects. Alassaf holds a Bachelor's Degree from York University and is affiliated with the CFA institution.
