Heather Beard (Penzo), LSSGB, currently serves as Deputy Program Manager and Lead Enterprise Architect at Savvee Consulting, Inc., providing support to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's Office of the Chief Information Officer through architecture maturity assessments and project portfolio management. Previously, Heather held the position of Deputy Project Manager and Lead Process Architect at Gritter Francona Inc., managing a team and developing business architecture for the Department of Veterans Affairs' supply chain modernization. Additionally, Heather has experience as a Consultant at ERPi, where appointment scheduling procedures were created for VA Medical Centers, and as a Defense Health Analyst at Atlas Research, focusing on business process modeling for military health system initiatives. Heather earned an MBA from George Mason University and a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Dance from James Madison University.
