Kaan Arda (Ph.D.) is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in defense and technology management. Currently serving as a Visiting Lecturer at BaÅŸkent Ãœniversitesi since February 2020, Kaan Arda is also a Panel Member for the NATO Science & Technology Organization, contributing to the Systems Concepts and Integration Panel since January 2018. Holding the position of Senior Consultant at the Presidency of Defence Industries since April 2017, Kaan Arda previously served as a Senior Consultant at STM and as a Commander in the Turkish Land Forces. Kaan Arda's governmental experience includes a role as an Advisor to the Vice Minister of National Defense. Educational qualifications encompass a Ph.D. in Technology Management from Kara Harp Okulu, an MS in Strategic Management from Istanbul Technical University, and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Kara Harp Okulu.
